Coverage begins at 12:01 AM EST on the plan effective date and terminates at 11:59 PM EST on the policy end date.
All HOP! Travel Insurance Plans must be purchased prior to arrival in the destination country.

The plan includes Robin Assist, which facilitates direct billing with in-network providers for members. Robin Assist delivers 24/7 claims support and emergency travel and medical assistance, accessible from any device, anywhere in the world. The team manages claim processing, coordinates with global medical providers, verifies eligibility, and oversees emergency evacuation and repatriation services.
