Who is eligible for the INF Premier Plan?
Any Non-US Citizen can apply for the INF Premier Plan. This includes Green Card holders, H-1B Visa Holders, Permanent Residents, Students on F1 / F1 Visas, those on OTP, and those whose immigration status is not confirmed. This plan works for all age groups, from age 0 to age 99+.
Should I add my Visitors Spouse as a Dependent?
If your visitors require the same Insurance for Visitors plan, you can add both of them on the same policy. When adding a dependent on to the policy, it does not diminish the coverage. Rather- both visitors will have the same policy maximum and deductible, separately. For instance, if you enroll in a $100,000 coverage plan with $250 deductible with a primary and dependent, each visitor on the policy will be covered individually up to $100,000 and have their own deductible to meet of $250.
Why should I purchase the INF Premier Plan?
The INF Premier Plan is our flagship fixed benefit pre-existing insurance product. This is the ONLY Insurance for Visitors which fully covers ALL Pre-Existing Conditions. The Premier Plan does not have exclusions like other Insurance for Visitors plans which allow the insurance to reject every claim. The Premier Plan will cover ANY In-Patient Hospitalization, ANY Out-Patient doctors visit / specialist care visit related to ANY Pre-Existing condition. This is by far the best Insurance for Visitors product offered on the market.
Who underwrites the Premier Plan?
Ace American Insurance Company based out of Philadelphia, PA is our underwriter for this plan. INF only uses America Underwriters to protect policy holders. Our policies regulated by the State Insurance authority. ALL other Insurance for Visitors Plans are underwritten by foreign companies, meaning they are not regulated. This means policy holders do not have ANY recourse for unpaid claims.
Are the Premier Plan's Premiums Pro-Rated?
Yes. For example, if you apply for 1 month and 5 days - that is the exact amount you pay for. No more, no less. Rates are based on a 30 day calendar and are prorated on that basis.
Can I renew the Premier Plan?
You are able to renew the Premier Plan for any amount of time after the initial coverage period. We send email, text, and phone call reminders to you 1 week & 1 day before the policy expiration.
Will this plan cover pre-existing conditions?
The INF Premier plans will cover ANY Pre-Existing Condition. This means you & your family are fully covered for every doctors visit, specialist visit, emergency room, or hospitalization. Travel with confidence knowing that INF Premier Plan will cover you no matter what happens. With a 100% Claims payment rate, you get the peace of mind you need with the coverage you want.
Can I cancel this plan?
You are able to cancel this plan for a full refund (minus a $25 cancellation fee) before the start date of the coverage. Cancellation forms must be completed in writing and faxed to INF at 408-520-4967. Application fees ($5) are non-refundable. After the policy start date, the premium is fully earned and therefore impossible to refund. Enrolled must attest they did not use INF insurance to obtain any visa nor use for any govermental purpose while cancelling, and absolve INF of any liability for medical expenses while in the United States or abroad and takes full responsibility for all medical expenses.
Will the INF Premier Plan cover Travel?
The Premier Plan covers travel through any stop over. Whether you are transiting through Dubai, London, or Hong Kong, you will have coverage throughout your journey. Travel with confidence, only provided by the INF Premier Plan.
Will this Cover Dental?
Yes. The INF Premier Plan comes with the Careington POS Discount Card, which provides Dental savings of up to 50% on many dental procedures. Additional benefits include Vision, Hearing, & Prescription Drug Discount Coverage.
Will this plan work in my area?
Yes. The INF Premier Plan works in all 50 states and Canada. All INF Plans work in all 50 states. There is no need to worry when you are traveling with an INF Plan.
What's the minimum enrollment for the Premier Plan?
The minimum enrollment period for this plan is 90days. The maximum enrollment period is 1 year from the first date of enrollment.
How do I pay for this Plan?

Where can I use this Plan?
The Premier Plan First Health Provider Network. This is one of the largest PPO networks in the nation member health care providers in every locality. This PPO Network contracts with the Insurance company to provide pre-negotiated, discounted medical rates to insured individuals. Moreover, insureds can take advantage of cashless claims. No longer will you need to pay hospital bills upfront & then submit claims forms, waiting sometimes months for reimbursement. Instead, the health care provider will bill the insurance directly, meaning your out of pocket expense is limited to your deductible.
When making an appointment with an INF Plan make sure to say the following "I have a short-term health insurance plan which uses First Health PPO. Do you accept plans which work with First Health PPO?"
Do not say: "I have INF Health Insurance" or "I have Chubb Insurance" or "I have INF Premier Health Insurnace." Providers WILL NOT recognize this language, and your coverage may not be accepted.
Who do I reach to out about claims questions?
Anytime you visit a health care provider, even if you do not pay, we strongly suggest you fill out a claim form so the insurance company has a record of your visit to the health care provider & will be able to pay your claim in a timely manner.
